& Client Services Specialist

The face and wheels of the Bing Mountain experience.

Bing Mountain is the only mountain operator in the Gallatin Valley focused exclusively on luxury and unwavering service standards. No other operator pays their chauffeurs more — and no other operator holds them to a higher standard.

Our guests include celebrities, UHNW principals, and the most discerning travelers in Big Sky. We are Yellowstone Club Specialists. If you thrive on making people feel like VIPs, know your way around the mountains, and hold yourself to a genuinely high standard — this is your role.

What You'll Do

  • Chauffeur guests to and from mountain destinations in Lincoln Navigator L Reserves and custom Sprinter vans
  • Deliver premium hospitality on every trip — greet warmly, handle luggage, offer refreshments
  • Share local knowledge: best après-ski spots, insider tips, and mountain-town expertise
  • Keep vehicles immaculate and handle client requests with professionalism
  • Assist with bookings and day-of client communication as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 25 or older (commercial insurance requirement)
  • Clean driving record — ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
  • Ability to pass DOT Medical card qualification
  • Can lift and load luggage over 50 lbs
  • Comfortable driving in all weather conditions, including mountain roads and winter
  • Available weekends, holidays, and peak seasons (Dec–Mar, Jul–Sep)
  • Professional, punctual, and genuinely passionate about hospitality

Bonus Points

  • Previous chauffeur, hospitality, restaurant, or concierge experience
  • Local knowledge of Bozeman, Big Sky, and the Gallatin Valley
