What to Expect
Every trip follows the same standard: clear communication, white-glove service, and no surprises—on the road or on your invoice.
From the first inquiry to the final drop-off, our job is to make your travel days feel effortless. We respond quickly, confirm details in writing, and stay available for questions or changes—before, during, and after your trip.
Internally, our motto is, 'The answer is yes—now what is the question?' If something matters to you, it matters to us.

Our rates are all-inclusive of a 20% chauffeur gratuity, so there's no awkward math at the end of the ride. If you feel a particular chauffeur went above and beyond and you'd like to add more, you're always welcome to do so—but it's never expected.

Every reservation includes one complimentary short stop on route—perfect for grabbing coffee, a quick grocery run, or picking up a key. Additional or extended stops can be arranged in advance and are simply billed at our standard hourly rate.

For commercial arrivals at BZN, your chauffeur will be waiting in the terminal with a greeting sign, ready to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. For private aviation, we coordinate directly with your FBO or flight crew so your vehicle is staged and ready on arrival.

Every Bing Mountain trip begins with a proper welcome. Your chauffeur hand-delivers chilled FIJI Water on a silver tray with branded beverage napkins — a small but intentional detail that sets the tone for the entire experience. Additional non-alcoholic beverages may be available on many trips or arranged in advance. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages to enjoy in the vehicle where permitted by law.

Every trip with Bing Mountain includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Starlink, available in all Bing-owned vehicles. This keeps you connected during the long stretches of highway between Bozeman and Big Sky where cellular coverage can drop out entirely.
Guests use onboard Wi-Fi to join video calls, check in with family, manage work, or simply stream entertainment while we handle the driving. There is no additional charge for connectivity—it is included in our standard rates.

Our approach to Highway 191 and other winter routes is shaped by formal training at the Bridgestone Winter Driving School and years of daily driving in Montana's snow and ice. Our fleet is certified by US DOT, Montana DOT, and FMCSA. Every vehicle is 4WD and equipped with premium studded winter tires in season.
